Sources say the incident occurred south of Robstown on Farm to Market 2826. A jeep was heard east on FM 2826 while an SUV was traveling south on Country Road 69.
The Jeep and the SUV were involved in a crash for reasons still under police investigation. Chavana was identified as the driver of the Jeep. No other details have been reported concerning the incident at this time.
