Car Accidents in Texas
Hundreds of thousands of accidents take place in Texas every year. These accidents leave tens of thousands of people with serious injuries that change their lives forever. Unfortunately, there are far too many instances where people are harmed as a result of accidents caused by negligence. Some of the most common causes of vehicle collisions that we see across our state include:
- Speeding: Drivers who are traveling too fast are more likely to lose control of their vehicles and crash into others.
- Distractions: When drivers are not paying attention to the road ahead, they are more likely to crash into other vehicles nearby.
- Failing to Yield: When drivers fail to yield to other motorists, they are likely to crash and have them and cause severe harm and injuries.
Unfortunately, any negligent or reckless action increases the risk of a person losing control of their vehicle and striking others. If you have been harmed as a result of a car crash due to the negligence of another driver, you may have legal options available to help you move forward.
