Upon arrival, first responders discovered two adult women, ages 41 and 20, who had sustained major injuries. Both women were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for urgent treatment.
According to police reports, the vehicle the two women had been traveling in stalled on the on-ramp. The women exited the vehicle and were standing in front of it when a second vehicle, driven by a 28-year-old man, entered the ramp and collided with the stalled car.
